We are about to renew our lease and we have one more room to fill. The lease will start July 1st and go until April 30th, however if you cannot move in July 1st, we are willing to have a move-in date of August 1st.
Very affordable price for the neighborhood. Great house that is less than 5 minutes walking to VA Highlands restaurants and bars. Nice sized room downstairs with big closet. Shared bathroom with one other person. Fun living atmosphere but nothing too out of hand. Big backyard, nice porches. 2 roomates are full-time workers and 1 is in law school. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Ideally we are looking for someone to come in July 1st and the lease ends June 30th (the July 1st move-in date can be negotiable).
