I am looking to rent out a room for the summer . I am 23 and a grad student at Tech. My place is a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath on the second/top level of a small, gated complex in mid-town. The condo is ~1100 sq ft and the room I'm looking to rent is ~11.5' X 13' plus 2 good-sized closets. Parking is unassigned, there is a pool in the complex, and there are tennis courts in a city park across the street. Piedmont park is 1 mile away and I walk there often!
