I am subleasing my apartment at the new remodeled Campus Edge Apartments located just minutes away from the main campus of NC State and also I-40 in Raleigh. The rent is $570 per month. The rent includes all utilities (cable, electricity, heat, and water) you have one bill per month to pay. The apartments are located just off Gorman St. before I-40. They just remodeled the clubhouse and will be opening a new pool within the next week. The apartment is fully furnished with living room furniture, bed, computer desk and chair, and kitchen table. It is a very nice apartment and a great deal for any college student or anyone else who needs a place to live. One MALE ROOMMATE already lives their in the other room and WILL CONTINUE living their after the sublease.
