Description: |
I am looking for a non-smoking female wishing to sublet my room for the summer. I live in a great house in Chapel Hill within walking distance of campus and right near several major bus routes (A, NU, G, NS). There is a parking space available in the driveway. The bedroom has internet access and we also get cable. The house has central air, and a washer and dryer too. The room is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, and bookshelves. I have two super nice grad student housemates who will be in the house most of the summer, quietly working on their dissertations. The one housemate (a guy) has his own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, and since the other housemate is a female, she wants me to find a female to sublet. I’m happy to have any interested folks come by and take a look at the place. My dates are flexible. You can move in as early as May 7 and stay as late as early August. I pay 350/mo plus utilities, but I’m definitely flexible on that so make me an offer!
