I'm looking to rent the master bedroom in a penthouse apartment of a high-rise condo on the Wilshire Corridor. It is a 20min walk or 5min bike ride to UCLA campus and even closer to Westwood Village. Rent is $1300 per month (though could possibly be negotiated down to $1200) and includes cable tv and parking; other utility costs split with roommate. Amenities include private bathroom, furnished common spaces and full kitchen, balcony with a fantastic view, hardwood floors, pool, 24 hr doorman, gated parking lot, washer and dryer just down the hall, etc. You would have one roommate, who is a 25 year old UCLA medical student who is laid back, clean and respectful. The move in date would be Nov 1 or possibly late October. |
