Hi everyone,
I'm looking for somebody who wants to take over my lease contract for a room in a 4bedroom/2bathroom apartment. The apartment is located in 100 Midtown, that's an appartment building on 100 10th Street, NW. Georgia Tech is within walking distance (you can see the campus from my window) as well as
Marta (Midtown station), Bank of America and a grocery store (Publix).
I need somebody to take over my contract because I'm an exchange student at Georgia Tech and my exchange program ends in the end of December. So I will return back to Germany.
some details about the apartment:
- available from January 01, 2009 until July 31, 2009. It's possible to extend the term of lease by a new contract with the landlord.
- rent is $694/month including all utilites like water, electricity, garbage, internet
- You can close a contract immediate with the landlord and you are NOT responsible for your roommates paying their rents.
- There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you share a bathroom with another guy. My roommates are nice and it's easy to live with them. They are quiet and won't disturb you.
- you share a big kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge) and a living room
- your room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, cupboard and a walk-in closet
- air conditioning in all rooms

Please notice: I can only rent to males! The other roommates are male, too, and the landlord doesn't allow any male/female combination in one appartment!
