One bedroom and private bathroom available for rent in a quiet home in an established neighborhood. We like a peaceful atmosphere, and a clean and tidy house. I'm looking for a SINGLE PERSON to share our home with. The house is beautiful and well-maintained with green front and back yards. It's located within 3 minutes walking distance to Whole Foods, Starbucks, a video store, bus stop (#8), and other convenient establishments at National & Barrington. We are also a quick drive to Santa Monica, UCLA, LAX, Santa Monica Community College (SMC), and the 405 and the 10 freeways. There is plenty of free parking. You would get your own room and primary use of one bathroom (we have two in the house), access to free washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The room is partially furnished (no bed, but a fifties dresser). Must be amendable to a cat. Does not include utilities. We would prefer a yearly contract, starting in February.
