be. We use the common sense method of clean. I do expect regular help vacuuming
and sweeping and wiping down the kitchen floors, chasing those pesky dust
bunnies, occasional raking of leaves. The house is located near the intersection
of La Cienega and Rodeo Rd, 2 blocks east of Culver city there is a
Target down the street, Karl's Jr, Taco Bell, Subway sandwich shop, McDonald's &-7/Eleven within 2 Blocks. If you don't cook the house has a remodeled modern nice kitchen, almost new washer, dryer. WYFI router for Internet is hooked up, most utilities included.
