Beautiful new 2 bedroom apartment that can be rented by the room if necessary - would prefer to rent to two people but please still contact me even if you do not have a roommate in mind. Perfect for summer school (private shuttle to campus).
Where? The Verge Apartments, Old Chapel Hill Road
When? Part of May (flexible), all of June and July
Why? New complex, furnished apartment, private bathrooms, third floor, vaulted cielings, balcony, new fitness center, gorgeous pool (wireless internet and sirius radio), free shuttle to campus, easy access to Duke/UNC/I-40, right behind new shopping center (can walk!), friendly staff
Cost? Our current rent includes furniture, water, washer and dryer, electric, cable, and high-speed internet. This packaged deal is especially helpful in the summer - you don't have to pay more for the AC that you will be using! We currently pay $590 per person - negotiable.
