This apartment has free parking and a private bathroom in the bedroom. Bedroom has a deadbolt lock that is only accessible by one key, so roommate does not have access. The apartment has a security system on the main door and the porch door. Complex has a pool and an exercise room that is open 24 hours a day. The clubhouse has movie rentals and study rooms, a lounge with big screen TV, pool table, and video games, and a computer lab with printing all open 24 hours a day. The complex has a private shuttle that takes you directly to campus. Complex offers many community events including lots of free food and giveaways. Mostly college students, but is still quiet. Management is really nice and helpful. Ask about furniture. Really close to a lot of shopping centers, restaurants, and I-40 exit. Pets are allowed. One roommate who will be in summer school both sessions. She is really fun, clean and considerate. Available mid-may to mid-august (flexible).
