Description: |
We are looking for preferably a graduate student at any of the area universities. Either gender is welcome. The only real requirements are a positive, easygoing attitude and a willingness to be neat and orderly.
We are renting the second and third bedroom as one. I figure one would make a bedroom, and the other an office, but that's up to you. Rent is $450 a month, plus a quarter of the variable utilites (water, electricity, gas), the rest is included in the rent. The lease would start about August 15th and run for 12-months. Sadly, no pets.
The place is a newer, three-story townhouse near the intersection of Gorman and Tryon Road. It is about 10 minutes from NCSU Main Campus, even closer to Centennial. I own the townhouse, and my girlfriend and I live upstairs along with another roommate downstairs.
