I have an empty room available August 15th at campus walk condominiums. this is about a 10 minute walk from UNCC. this is one of the safest off-campus locations (if not the safest), very quiet , neat, and looks good.
you will have your own bedroom, rent is ONLY $375 ALL INCLUSIVE. room mates are very friendly, considerate, QUIET, and open minded. we are very focused students and the condo is not a party place, bringing people over is fine but we both hardly ever bring people over.
