Description: |
The Club apartments are less than 5 minutes from East Campus and on the Athens Transit and UGA Weekender Bus Lines. I am looking to sublease my room as soon as possible due to the fact that I have found a more ideal living situation for my job. The apartment is a second story 4 bed/4 bath furnished apartment occupied by female UGA students. My bedroom has a spacious bathroom and the closet is very roomy! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. There are two dogs and a cat who live there currently but they are all pretty lazy and well house trained :) The rent is $305/month which includes water and the monthly utilities are usually only $45-$50 additional each month.
