I am looking to find a suitable roommate so I can keep this GREAT 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. This apartment is in Brentwood, really close to UCLA/Getty Center. The room for rent is in a great quiet location. The room is quit large (10’X14’), can fit a dresser, queen size bed desk and 2 night stands, with no problem (this room is furnished, however, there is an option to have it unfurnished).
Comes with wall-to-wall closet and storage above closet. You also have your own full bathroom (with bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, and two mirrors), both bathroom and room gets lots of light.
Apartment comes with laundry on site, large living room with separate dinning area, large balcony, tandem parking for 2, large kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven & stove. In addition there is a large linen closet for your use as well as a storage area.
$900 is the monthly rent, not including utilities (which include, internet, cable gas & power), water and trash is paid by landlord. You will also be responsible to give a $500 deposit that is held to secure damage fees, otherwise it is returned upon moving out.
A little about me, I am a responsible 30yr old female, I work as a freelance lighting designer. I am clean, like to keep the apartment clean, easy going, and looking for a similar roommate. Female roommate only.
I have a small cat, so you must like cats to move in.
