Description: |
I'm transferring schools next semester so I need to find someone to take over my lease for Spring semester ASAP! My room is in a townhome off varsity drive, between Western and Avent Ferry. It is on the rts 1, 5, 9, and 11 bus lines, has free parking, and is about a 20 min walk to campus. My room has a big big window, ceiling fan, a walk in closet, a private bathroom with another closet, and two entry doors. The townhome is 2 stories, my room is on the first floor, the other two rooms are upstairs. Also downstairs is a living room with tv with DVR, the full kitchen with all cooking supplies, and the laundry room/pantry/closet area. My roommates are really cool girls, one has a cat and a small dog that are very friendly and sometimes spend time downstairs. Our place is really relaxed. No smoking, and no big parties. Rent is 365/month, water garbage and some other stuff is included, and then bill for electricity and cable/internet brings total monthly bill to $400-450.
