I am looking for a person (male) who would want to sublease my room. I live in The Club. the rent is $305 per month including water.
I am living with three other roommates. they are really nice and neat.
The club is really great place to live! the bus #12 comes in every 20 minutes so you can go to school anytime!!
The bedroom comes with fully furnished with bed, mattress, dresser, desk and chair. They got new furnitures this year, so all the furnitures are new!
The lease is for Jan to July 1010. You can live longer if you want to.
