Must stay to end of April or later. I would need 45 days notice of move out. I am quiet person. I generally keep to myself but I am social once comfortable with someone. I work monday through friday and babysit on weekends. Occasionally my brother and sister will be here on weekends. Also While I am not a complete slob I am not a clean freak and do not want someone that this will be an issue for. I am looking for someone that is not loud and a partier or at least doesn't bring the party home. I have already graduated and moved on from that phase. As long as you don't disturb my sleep, we will be okay. Absolutely no smoking inside or on balcony but preferably non smoker. No drugs or excessive drinking either. The bedroom is already furnished if needed. The kitchen is already full of dishes and pans as well. You will have your own covered parking spot. The building is gated and requires a card key to enter. There is a small fitness center, a pool and hot tub. The condo/apt is located off the Miami River and seconds from The Dolphin Expy and 95. There's a Winn-Dixie about 1 mile away. Only about 10 minutes from Downtown Miami. 15 minutes from UM and a straight shot to FIU about 15 minutes or so. We have hi-speed DSL wireless and Satellite Tv. total is 120 right now so 60 for 1 person. Electric ranges from 60 to 100 a month, 30 to 50 per person. So thats it I can think of.
