I am looking for two (preferably female) roommates to share a beautiful 3BD/2BA furnished unit in West LA (between Westwood and Santa Monica). The unit is on the ground floor, is detached on three sides, and feels like house. You will have your own large private bedroom and share large double sink bathroom. I am asking $950 for each room. The lease price includes all utilities (and monthly cleaning service). I am still searching for both roommates, so if you are interested and we hit it off, maybe we can choose the third roommate together.
NOTE: If you are interested and can afford $1,425 (for private room and private bath), I am also considering only one roommate and keeping the 3rd room as a guest house/study.

-Large private garage with driveway parking
