FREE PARKING! Super good deal! 1 big bedroom with a walk in closet. furnished with a (girl style) full bed, desk, & TV. This room is definitely big enough for 2 people (making the rent 450), another girl is moving in with me come fall quarter. Utilities run around less then $50 a month
1 other male lives in a corner of living room (twin bed), HOWEVER he WORKS FULL time (usually comes home from 12-3am) and goes home friday-late sunday night, so you BARLEY see him. you are basically paying 850 a month for your own place. Hes super nice, quite, very neat (im the messy one) and respectful. I'm a girl, and hes boyfriend and parent approved. We've never had an issue.
Kitchen has a full stove, microwave, dishwasher, and double sink. We have a balcony also. Its about a 10 min walk to campus, I leave the place 30 minutes early for things and wind up arriving early (im a north campus major).
We have a pool on our floor and, like I said above, a free parking spot :) Its a secure apartment complex that monitored by video surveillance.
Im looking for someone('s) to sublease the room for at least all of the summer school sessions (preferably the whole summer).
