I am looking to sublet my apartment starting in May 1st through July CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED! I live in a 4br/4ba FURNISHED apartment at The Reserve apartment complex is a gated community located on the Eastside of Athens off College Station Avenue (about 2 miles from campus). We have a spacious floor plan, are on Athens Transit, and have 3 great roommates. Utilities are around $50/month. This is about 5 minutes from campus. Management is very nice and is quick to address any of your needs. You will get to use the amenities in the Clubhouse like the FREE tanning bed, Billiards table, workout room, computer room, and study rooms as well as the newly remodeled pool area. This place is perfect for the active college student who wants to knock out some Summer classes, relax, and have fun at the same time. Our building is one of the closest to the Clubhouse and my room has the biggest bathroom.
