I am looking for someone to take over the remaining month on my lease. I have an assignment for work and I must leave on May 3, 2010, but I can be out of the apartment as early as April 30th to give you a full month in the apartment. It is a quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment close to the leasing office that overlooks the community pool and tennis courts. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and no utilites are included. There is an onsite laundry facility and washer/dryer connections. I will pay for your deposit and application fee, as you will have to qualify by the apartment standards.
