Location: 10-15 minute walk from NCSU Centennial Campus, 1 minute walk to 3 different bus stops servicing both CAT and NCSU Wolfline bus routes. 10-15 minute walk from restaurants, movie theater, pharmacy, grocery store, dmv, post office, etc. (Bus routes go there, too, if you're feeling lazy).
Rent with electric and water is rarely more than 450/mo. The apartment is in great condition, I rent from a private owner and they keep things in great condition. Very comfortable.
