The perks are.... you can keep the rent at $404 because it is now $444 for furnished, it has free tanning, swimming pool, water, cable and internet included and a full private bathrooms so no sharing!!! In your room there will be a full size bed, nightstand, chest, desk and a walk in closet! There's a 40" tv in the living room, couches, tables, and bar stools. It also has a full sized washer and dryer in the apartment! It's also a GATED complex! So if you're interested you can even moved in before May.
