Description: |
I have a small bedroom available in an apartment on the top floor of an older house within walking/biking distance to NCSU. I am looking for a roommate starting July 17. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. There is a very large living room, dining room, and kitchen with a large front porch and a smaller back porch. There is garden space available upon request. The smaller bedroom that I am renting has the Washer/Dryer in the bedroom which is why the rent is cheaper. I am a 23 year old female. I graduated from NCSU in December 2008 with a degree in Zoology. I currently work at Duke as a Research Technician. I have two cats. We could discuss one more cat but no pets other than that. The landlord lives downstairs. I am looking for a graduate student or a quiet, respectful roommate.
I am very physcially active. I like anything outdoors and I do enjoy a glass of wine or beer from time to time. I am very easy to get along with; pretty laid back. I do like a clean living environment. Rent is 300 per month and we would split utilities including internet, electric, and water.
