The house is located 5 minute walk to E. Franklin Street and about a 10-15 minute walk to campus, which I find to be hugely convenient. The buses NS, T, NU, G and others also stop right outside our house. The house is a 4 bedroom, two car garage and two spaces outside for parking. It's a 2 story house that has an outside patio downstairs and a outside balcony upstairs..really spacious with a good size kitchen and living area. There are 2 master bedrooms and 2 decent size rooms that share a bathroom. A master bedroom is available, which has its own full bath and one smaller room is also available. The price does differ by about $20 per month for the bigger room. We are interested in 1 person who may want to rent only for the 1st semester because say you are going abroad or graduating, etc, but of course are open to people who would like to rent for a whole year.
