Description: |
Looking for a female to take over the lease in an apartment with 3 girls staying from as soon as possible (which means you could move in before the Fall rush when everyone else is moving in) until next August (2007) with the option to renew the lease at that time. It's $275 a month (individual lease) and 1/4 of the utilities. The bedroom is unfurnished, but is the largest in the apartment and I've been able to fit a full bed, desk, papasahn and bookshelf, with plenty of floor space still. Study oriented girls, but fun too. It's close to campus and to the east side Kroger and other food options. |
