Description: |
Room For Rent near Crabtree Mall. Full house priveleges and you would share a bathroom with my other female renter. Rent is month to month. Parking is assigned and is located just in front of the townhouse. I do not smoke and drink only very rarely and I am looking for the same in a roomate. I like to keep the house quite clean and tidy and would expect my roomate to do the same. I love animals but don't have any right now, but may in the future. You may not bring any pets of your own. I am a single female who is a very down to earth person and I like to stay active and enjoy outdoor activities and travel, dancing, hanging out with my friends. I would say my house provides a respectful, drama free, clean, quiet, and safe environment. I have a deck out back which is cool for hanging out on during the summer as it is shaded by a nice big tree.
