I am looking to sublease my room from January through to August. Females only as you will be sharing with another 3 girls. Great location in midtown. One of the safer places in Atlanta. Located right next to Georgia Tech. Georgia State University students also welcomed as the apartment is situated really close to the midtown MARTA stop. Apartments are just around the corner from Publix (grocery store), checker's fast food restaurant, Dominos pizza, and restaurant Buddha (situated beneath the apartments and opened till 6am!). The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, work table, closet, and book/clothing cupboard. The apartment has air control and high speed cable. $645 a month includes internet, cable, water, generous amount of electricity, and a phone. There is also a library, common room, pool table, ping pong table, and other various activities located on the ground floor. Parking is also available.
