I am looking to sublet my 1 bedroom from mid December til at least May, but it is also available through July. Rent is $740/month (utilities included) for each resident, and I have an $80/month parking spot on the grounds available for rent as well ($820 total for room and parking). This is the perfect place for UNC students or young adults working in Chapel Hill! The Warehouse Apartment building is right off of Franklin St. and about a 2 minute walk to the UNC campus. The apartment complex has a fully-equipped gym and on-site management willing to take care of any maintenance requests for free. The room itself has 10' ceilings, 7' windows, exposed brick, huge closet, GE appliances, and the living area (not bedroom) is fully furnished.
