I recently moved in to my 1 bedroom 1 bath at Regatta at the end of September. The lease is an 8 month lease for $579 a month and a $100 deposit. Included in the rent is cable, water, sewage, and trash. So all you are responsible for is your Internet and Electric and anything else you need. The apartment is also furnished with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is ample storage space, and outside storage closet on the balcony, and the bedroom has a walk-in closet...which is wonderful!!! Also, the apartment is on the second floor which is great for security reasons.
I love my apartment, it is the perfect size for me, or would even be great for a couple. It is a perfect location on Lake Lynn- a beautiful 2 mile radius with jogging, biking, and walking paths. I am moving out of the area or I would not be trying to sublease.
Animals are ok for an additional fee.

Also, since I am moving I would really rather not have to move everything, so if there is anything you need: ie couch (beautiful blue couch with chaise on the end), dishes, etc, I would love to work something out!
