I am renting out 3 out of the 4 rooms in my apartment starting in Mid-May 2011 for a 1 year lease (May 2011 - May 2012) . The apartment has been completely remodeled with new toilets, hardwood, tile, lighting, appliances, and paint.
The rent price of $500 a month includes furniture, utilities, cable and internet. The room includes a mattress and box spring, bed frame, headboard, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and mirror (all brand new). The kitchen and living room are also fully furnished. The bedroom also has it's own closet and bathroom.
The apartment is close to NCSU and is on the bus route. I-40 is very close-by making the location much more convenient. The renter would have full use of the University Village clubhouse and all the amenities included there (gym, pool, lounges, etc.). We are preferably looking for a male student for the extra bedroom.
