I'm currently living in a three bedroom apartment at The Flats off of Mallard Creek Church. My two other roommates and I are wanting to move out by May 1st. The Flats have individual leases and rent includes everything. The apartment is fully furnished and is on the top floor with a pool view. The campus is just across the street and there are shuttles that go from the apartment complex to the university so you never have to worry about parking on campus!
