First year vet student, 24 year old female, hoping to pair up with a similarly focused graduate student or young professional ages 22-30 who desires a quieter home environment for studying, supplemented of course by the occasional weekend movie and wine night with friends. About me…I’m assuming I’ll be studying a lot next year, but when I am free, I like trying out new restaurants and exploring the Raleigh arts scene (I especially love musical theater!). I’d like to find a roommate with an equally laidback but neat and outgoing personality who might enjoy similar things. I do come with one shorthaired blind cat, but even though I am attending vet school, I am hoping not to fill the house with animals. A small, quiet dog or extra cat would not necessarily be a deal breaker. Let me know if you’re looking for a roommate in a similar boat!
I’m currently looking at both options of leasing and purchasing as I have a lot of nice furniture/rugs, which it would be great to use to decorate. Everything I’m looking at is tending to fall into the $500-650 range per person before utilities, and I’m especially interested at the moment in the Glen Eden Road/Crabtree Area.
