Looking for roommate for the 2011-2012 school year! (2 spaces available)
I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with (myself included) three tenants so far, with a year-long lease. We are looking for two roommates for the next school year. Also, we're all musicians, and hope to have a nice keyboard/guitar/percussion setup in the front room. Musicians/students/whatever we're just looking for good roommates.
The apartment is big and includes wood floors, a kitchen, dining area, big terrance/balcony, and 2-3 parking spaces. The rent also includes water and trash as far as utilities.
The lease starts July 1 2011, and it is for a year. If you want start living there in July for summer classes then you can, if not, we have already put up ads for subletters for the summer months.
If we find two roommates, then the rent would be $580 for each of us.
