I'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Mill Creek townhouse in Chapel Hill, available Fall 2011 or sooner. It's a 10 minute walk to Franklin Street and UNC campus and is on the free bus line. You would have a free parking space as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave. The living room is furnished. You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom. Washer/dryer included. Central A/C. The complex has a swimming pool and tennis courts. Rent does not include your share of utilities (cable & electric)
I am a UNC Junior Econ/ Global Studies Major and play piano, trumpet and guitar. I'm easy going and try to keep the place neat, clean and a decent place to study or hang out. It would be nice to have a roommate who has similar interests and is either a graduate student or upper classman.
