My room is up for rent! The room is a part of a three bedroom apartment! The two roommates (both female) are great people and are very nice/considerate!
The bedroom comes unfurnished and has a walk-in closet and personal bathroom!
With the lease you will also have access to a tanning bed, pool, gym, and game room at the club house!
The rent is only $410 a month and that includes water & electricity. Cable/internet is done separately and that will be approximately $30 a month.
The lease is August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012.
