Looking for a person to share a 2 bedroom/2.5 townhome apartment. My current roommate is moving out July 30. I would like to sign a 13 month lease. I have living and dining room furniture, so all you need is a bed. Each bedroom has a walk in closet with a bathroom. I already have a dog and two cats, I cannot accept anyone that has pets of their own. I would prefer pet loving, drug free and mature person to share the space with.
