I'm a 26 year old (male) grad student studying computer science at NCSU. I'm an easy going guy, easy to make friends with, and just moved to the area to go back to school. I have a 30lb husky / golden dog. She is very friendly, so if you like dogs she'll be your best friend. The lease unfortunately will not allow anymore animals in the house.
Available for move in August 1st! Lease runs until late summer 2012. $450 + 1/2 utilities.
The property is a 2 story house that is fairly new and in good condition.
