Looking to rent the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse in Crescent Ridge. Beautiful townhouse neighborhood with a great pool and clubhouse.
The room for rent is a very spacious room with a private bathroom right off of the bedroom. You would have full access to all of the townhouse including washer and dryer, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Electric, wireless internet, cable, and water included in price.
A little about me: I am 27 and I am a teacher in Raleigh. Although I'm a female, I do not have a preference whether you are a male or female. I'm a non-smoker, no pets, social drinker, no drugs, and I try my best to keep a clean house (although its not always that way!). I enjoy running and other physical activity, enjoy being outdoors, watching movies, cooking, hanging out with friends. Since I am an older female, I feel as though a grad. school student may be best suited to share a townhouse with.
