Hello!!
This house is right off of North Ave in Old Fourth Ward (about 2 miles away from even the most western point of Tech campus). It's a super cute place on a quiet street, and I'm looking to sublease my extremely quiet upstairs bedroom. It's a good size with a huge closet (almost the same size of the room, honestly) and shares a big full bath with the other upstairs bedroom.
Currently I'm living with three male Tech students (I'm the only girl/ nonstudent) and the lease is up in the middle of May, right after finals are through! It really is a great place, but I pretty much live with my boyfriend nowadays and haven't even stayed in my room in two months or so. I can be out as soon as the room is needed, but I figure most of the need will start in December/January for the spring semester.
