Looking for an open minded and very neat roommate to share 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The home is located in a quiet sub-division, that is near shopping centers, and a few minute drive to I-40. The room is fully furnished. Non Smoker and no drugs are a must. I have a small dog that I crate during the day and is my responsibility. No other pets allowed. Roommate will have access to kitchen, den, washer/dryer, and the rent of $450.00 includes all. Bedroom is nicely furnished with privet bath. Roommate should be willing to help out around the house from time to time (does not mean I am looking for a yard boy or maid). I am hoping to find a roommate who is also a friend.
