I am having to sublease my room because I got a job in Wilmington. I have already moved out and would really like someone to sublease as soon as possible. I have paid the rent for the month of January, so you would only need to pay February-July. The lease will go until July 31, 2012. The house is a three bedroom, two bathroom house. You would have your own private room but would have to share the bathroom with one other girl. The rent is $325 and utilities are around $100 or less each month. The house is awesome and includes a garage and a back deck. Also has dishwasher and washer/dryer. The house is located off of Lineberry (down the road from University Village) with quick access to states campus, the highway and downtown. One of my roommates is a senior at NC state and the other graduated from state in May and now works full time as a manager at the mall. Neither smoke or have pets.
