I am looking for a female housemate to share my 3 bedroom house. My daughter is graduating from App State in May with a degree in Actuarial Science and has already accepted a job in Charlottesville VA. She may be home from time to time. I am laid back, easy to get along with. I prefer to have you commit to lease through at least May, but if you'd rather go month to month the rent would $25 more. I am 40+, single, and a healthcare worker at UNC Hospitals. Your room is currently furnished, but could be un-furnished if you prefer. The room size is 12'8" by 10'10". I am looking for someone who is not a partier. No drugs, minimal alcohol. You will have access to the whole house, washer/dryer, gas grill, living room family room etc. My driveway is big enough for both our cars plus your friend's cars when they come over. I have a garage, but is is full of storage items and there is plenty of room for you to store stuff there too. I have wireless internet. I have 2 cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) My neighborhood is older and established and safe. It is close to the intersection of HWY 54 and HWY 55 and I-40. |
