I signed the lease to The Reserve for the 2012-13 school year and recently decided I want to transfer to North Georgia College State & University so I really need someone to sublease my room!
It is a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment. VERY clean and nice. It is ALL furnished AND you get your own bathroom! It comes with a bed, drawer, desk, chair in the room and couches, washer & dryer, dining table, etcetc.
The apartment is gated and secured. Tennis/basketball court, swimming pool, computer labs, gym. There is a bus transit provided to go to school. It is an awesome place for students to live in. I did two random roommates and one of my friends, she is very chilled and laid back.
