Description: |
Room for rent in a quiet neighborhood in Cary, located close to the intersection of Maynard and Kildaire Farm Road. Tri-level, three bedrooms on the top floor and one on the bottom. Would share a bathroom with one female roommate. We are both working professionals; one roommate works for NC State and the other roommate is finishing her degree while working full-time. Both are quiet, clean, and respect your right to space and privacy. Ideally we would like a female roommate but would consider a male! Must like dogs, as we are planning to adopt a dog sometime through the summer.
Price does not include utilities, but I would expect that in total you'd pay no more than $500-550/month with utilities. Rent is $367. Would also consider a fourth roommate. Please message for pictures and further details! |
