Room For Rent!
I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for Session A and Session C (June 23rd-September 14th). I am trying to get out earlier so that there is flexibility to your move in date. Rent is $720 a month + utilities. Could work out if you know someone else who is also looking for some place to live and is willing to share to the room with you & pay $720 a month + utilities.
The two girls that are staying in the other apartment are nice, clean, and they don't smoke. They drink, but they're just the typical college students living and experiencing the typical college life. Email me if you want some pictures, I would have liked to post it on here, but it did not give me the option.
You would be renting out the larger room with the guest bathroom. It's very spacious. There are two twins in there, a desk, a dresser, and a night stand, and there is plenty of room to workout in the room (Insanity, P90X, kickboxing, etc). I have lived here for a year, I enjoyed it very much, but I am leaving when the quarter is over. The landlords are very accommodating and the property is very well kept. It is definitely one of the nicest complexes in Westwood!
Parking is available for $100 for a tandem space or $125 for a single space. |
