Description: |
Apartment is walking distance from UCLA in Westwood village where most UCLA college students live and hangout. The dates available are June 24 (the day right before Summer Session A at UCLA begins) through Sept 1 (the end of my lease). GIRLS ONLY.
The apartment is spacious, clean, with hardwood-flooring and has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, and a kitchen. There are 5 girls total currently living in my apartment (3 girls in one room and 2 girls in the other). I am subletting my half of the room, which is in the 3-girls shared room but one of my roommates will be gone for the entire month of July so it's technically just 2 people that month. The room and apartment are fully-furnished, and you will have an entire bedroom closet to yourself. My roommates are great! Very quiet, studious, and independent.
Rent is $500 per month, which totals $1000 for the 2-month stay of July and August, but you can move in as early as June 23-24.
No pets please.
Laundry facilities are available in the building.
There is one parking spot available included if you want it, and normally you can find street parking in the area.
