Room available in 2-3 bedroom apartment in midtown who can move in around the end of July/beginning of August before GT classes start. Other room is occupied by a working, responsible, female second year Georgia Tech undergrad student.
The apartment is an older, large, ground level, 2-3 bedroom with one bathroom. It has a huge living room, huge dining room, lots of windows, a large back deck, off street parking, included full-size washer/dryer, wireless internet, and plenty of the midtown character that the neighborhood is known for. The utilities (gas and electric) are usually only around $50 a month. The apartment does have a 3rd bedroom, but it is currently used as a storage/study room. Pets are welcome.
