The Area
This is in the nicer, safe area of West Midtown located very close to plenty of nice bars and restaurants. It has very easy access to I-75 through Howell Mill or Moore's Mill, along with easy access to Buckhead through West Wesley. Less than 10 minute drive to Georgia Tech.
The House
The house has a giant, fenced-in backyard with a firepit. It also has all hardwood floors. We have a ping-pong, kegerator, 60-inch 3D TV, foosball table, walk-in laundry room, new appliances, study, etc. We have a 9 month lease which will run for the whole school year from August to May.
The Room
All the bedrooms, including the one available, are very large and spacious (could fit a king bed, desk, dresser with tons of floor-space leftover). This room is located upstairs, and shares a bathroom with one easy-going but respectful and clean roommate. The room also has a large closet.
The Roommates
We are all male, senior engineering students at Georgia Tech. We are easy going, respectful, and like to have a good time. On the weekends and socially, we drink casually. We don’t mind a smoker so long as it’s outside. There is a dog-friendly, people-friendly Weimaraner. He is well-trained and very lovable. |
