Looking for a roomate to share a two story, two bedroom , two bath apartment. The apartment is one of the best i found while looking and although it is not right next to campus the space surely makes up for it.
I am looking for a equally fun loving and responsible roomate who knows how to both work and play hard. I would prefer someone between the ages of 18-22 either male or female.
The apartment is only 15 minutes from the university and is walking distance from the 666 bus line. Pets are ok, as there is a backyard, but a pet deposit is required. The apartments are gated,laundry is available on-site, cable as well as internet are instaled and will be free of charge, during the summer there is a pool, also it has a dishwasher!!
Rent is 330 per month plus 30% of utilities. The apartments are patroled and all maintence is free of charge.
